Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
WireGuard Manager ("we", "us") operates this VPN subscription service. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, and what your options are. It applies to the website and the customer dashboard, not to any third-party service we link to or integrate with (like PayPal).
Information we collect
When you create an account and use the service, we collect:
- Account details — your name, and an email address and/or phone number (at least one is required to sign in).
- Billing address — if you provide one for invoicing purposes.
- Device information — a name you give each device, and the WireGuard key pair generated for it. Your device's private key is encrypted at rest on our servers and is only ever used to generate your connection config — we don't use it for anything else.
- Payment records — the amount, currency, and transaction reference for each payment; the last 4 digits and brand of a card if one was used (we never see or store your full card number — PayPal handles that directly); and, for bank transfer payments, the proof-of-payment image you upload for manual review.
- Support communications — anything you email us.
What we don't collect
We do not log, store, or have visibility into your VPN traffic — not the sites you visit, not your DNS queries, not the content of your connection. The only thing we record about your VPN usage is the timestamp of your device's last successful connection ("last handshake"), which we use to show you and our support team whether a device is currently online. We don't use any analytics or tracking scripts on this site.
How we use your information
- To create and operate your account, and provision your VPN devices.
- To process payments and send you invoices and billing notifications.
- To send account-related email — sign-in codes, payment confirmations, renewal reminders, and replies to support requests.
- To review and approve bank transfer payments (an administrator manually checks the proof of payment you submit).
- To detect abuse, keep the service secure, and comply with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share the minimum necessary information with:
- PayPal — to process PayPal payments. PayPal receives what it needs to complete the transaction under its own privacy policy.
- Our email delivery provider — to send transactional email (sign-in codes, receipts, reminders). We don't send marketing email.
We don't use any advertising, analytics, or data-broker services.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the service to work, is not readable by other websites, and is not used for tracking or advertising. We don't set any third-party or analytics cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account and billing data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Administrative records of account changes are kept for the same reasons.
Your rights and account deletion
You can review and update most of your account details from your dashboard at any time. To delete your account, contact us at support@wireguard.int.yt. We'll deactivate your account and remove your access; some records may be retained afterward where we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep them (for example, payment records for accounting purposes) rather than being erased immediately.
Security
Session cookies are set with HttpOnly and Secure flags and are never exposed to client-side scripts. Device private keys are encrypted at rest. Access to the admin panel is separately authenticated and logged.
Children
This service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
