Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WireGuard Manager ("the service"), operated by WireGuard Manager ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

WireGuard Manager provides access to a WireGuard-protocol VPN, billed per device ("seat"). Our server is currently located in Singapore — we operate a single region and don't currently offer a server location picker.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Billing and free trials

Subscriptions are billed per seat, monthly or yearly, in USD. If we offer a free trial, its length and terms will be shown to you at signup — we won't charge you to start one.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include PayPal and/or bank transfer. For bank transfer, our team will contact you directly with the exact amount and account details to send. Bank transfer payments are reviewed and approved manually before your subscription activates.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for — you keep access until then, and billing stops automatically afterward. We don't prorate or refund the remainder of a cancelled period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the law, or infringe anyone else's rights.
• Attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your access with people outside your own use.
• Abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other customers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, or if required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
